Q1: How to Connect Fitdays+ App with Your Scale?

Step 1: Prepare Your Phone
Download Fitdays+ App (iOS/Android) and complete registration.

Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.

Step 2: Activate the Scale
Lightly step on the scale (display will light up).

Wait for "----" to appear, indicating it’s ready to pair.

Step 3: Pair via App
Open Fitdays+ → Go to "Device" → Tap "+" → Select "Scale".

Tap "Search for Bluetooth Pairing" (keep phone within 3ft/1m of scale).

Step 4: Measure Properly
Stand barefoot on scale, gripping electrode handles firmly.

Hold still for 10 seconds until data appears in app.

Q2:How To Ensure The Most Accurate Readings?

1. Place the scale on a hard, flat surface (e.g., marble or tile floor). Avoid soft or uneven surfaces like carpets or wooden floors, as they may flex and affect accuracy.

2. Activate auto-calibration: Gently tap the scale to wake it, then wait until the display shows "0.0" before stepping on.

3. Stand properly for measurement: Keep your feet evenly positioned and remain still until the reading stabilizes.

Q3: If the smart scale only displays weight without other data?

1. Refer to Q1: Download and register with Fitdays+ App, then pair the device.

2. Remove shoes/socks – Ensure barefoot contact with all electrodes.

3. Maintain stable connection – Keep phone within 1 meter (Bluetooth ON).

4. Follow Q2 steps – Complete measurement correctly (stand still for 10 seconds).

5. Open the app – Full body composition data will sync to both the screen and app.

Q4: How to Change Units (lb/kg) on Your Scale?

1. Open the Fitdays+ app (ensure Bluetooth is ON)

2. Step on the scale to activate sync

3. Tap "Mine" tab → Select "Unit Switch"

4. Select/tap "Unit Switch", Choose your preferred unit (kg/lb/st) and Save

Q5: Does the scale support multiple users?

Yes, it supports multiple users.

1. Download, register, and open the Fitdays+ app.

2. Tap Health → Scale → Profile icon (top-right) → Management → +Add Member, enter the user's details, and tap Confirm to complete the setup.

3. Up to 24 users can be added this way.

Q6: Does YINOLIFE scale come with battery?

1. Yes! All YINOLIFE body fat scales include batteries.

Please download Fitdays+ App, and turn on Samsung Health in "Mine"- "Sync Date To 3rd Party Apps" to sync. You can log in with your Samsung Health account, and the saved data in Fitdays+ will be automatically synced to Samsung Health.

Q8: Is replacement service available for a malfunctioning scale?

Yes! YINOLIFE provides a 1-year warranty covering malfunctioning scales. To request service:

1. Email Support: Contact support@yinolife.com with:

· Description of the malfunction (e.g., "Display errors", "Inconsistent readings")

· Photos/video (if applicable)
